How do I enter a Jackpot?

There are two ways to enter, and both have exactly the same chance of winning. Paid entry: choose a Jackpot, pick how many tickets you'd like, answer a skill question correctly, then pay securely by card. Each ticket is a numbered entry in the draw. Free entry: every Jackpot also has a free postal entry route. See "Can I enter for free?" for details.

Why do I have to answer a question before I pay?

Digital Jackpotz runs skill-based prize competitions. Before any paid entry is accepted you must correctly answer a genuine skill question, which we check on our servers before payment is taken. If you get it wrong you can try again, and no payment is taken until you answer correctly.

Can I enter for free?

Yes. Every Jackpot has a free postal entry route. Send a postcard with your full name, date of birth, email address and the name of the Jackpot you want to enter to Digital Jackpotz Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, to arrive before the closing date. Free entries go into the same draw as paid tickets and have exactly the same chance of winning. One free entry per person per Jackpot. Full details are in our Terms.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) on the Polygon blockchain. This means the random number generation is cryptographically secure, tamper-proof, and publicly verifiable by anyone.

Can I verify the draw results myself?

Yes. Every draw is run by Chainlink VRF on the Polygon blockchain. Each result is published on our Winners page with its Polygon transaction hash, so anyone can check the draw on a public block explorer such as Polygonscan.

What cryptocurrencies can I win?

It varies by Jackpot — we run prizes across a range of cryptocurrencies, including winner's-choice crypto, plus GBP cash. Each Jackpot page shows exactly what you can win.

How do I receive my prize?

Crypto prizes are sent directly to your wallet address. Cash prizes are transferred to your bank account. We'll contact winners within 24 hours of the draw to arrange delivery.

Is Digital Jackpotz legitimate?

Yes. Digital Jackpotz Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 17056397, and runs skill-based prize competitions under the Gambling Act 2005 with a free postal entry route on every Jackpot. Every draw is run by Chainlink VRF on the Polygon blockchain and the result is recorded on-chain, so anyone can check it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit and credit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Do I need a crypto wallet to enter?

No — you don't need a wallet to buy tickets. However, if you win a crypto prize, you'll need to provide a wallet address to receive your winnings. We can guide you through setting one up if needed.

1. About Digital Jackpotz

Digital Jackpotz Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England & Wales. We operate prize competitions under the Gambling Act 2005. We are not a gambling operator and our competitions are not lotteries.

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales) aged 18 or over only. Participants must be natural persons (not companies or organisations).

The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of Digital Jackpotz Ltd, their immediate family members, and any person involved in the administration of the competition.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

3. How to Enter

Online entry: Purchase tickets via the Digital Jackpotz website using an approved payment method. Ticket prices vary per competition and are displayed clearly before purchase.

Free postal entry: To enter without making a purchase, send a postcard with your full name, date of birth, email address, and the name of the competition you wish to enter to: Digital Jackpotz Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. One free entry per person per competition. Free entries have an equal chance of winning.

Entries received after the competition closes (either at ticket cap or stated closing date) will not be entered into that draw. We are not responsible for entries lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

4. The Draw

Draws are conducted using Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) on the Polygon blockchain — a cryptographically verifiable, tamper-proof source of randomness. No human involvement is possible once the draw is initiated.

All competitions run for a fixed 7–60 day window. The draw fires on the published closing date via Chainlink VRF — or early if the competition sells out before that date. The full prize is paid regardless of how many tickets were sold. All draw results are permanently recorded on-chain and publicly verifiable on Polygonscan.

The draw smart contract address will be published here before the first draw.

5. Prizes

Prizes are as advertised for each competition. Cryptocurrency prizes are purchased at spot price on the draw date; a volatility buffer is held to protect against price movement between the draw and transfer.

The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. The winner has 48 hours to confirm their details. If no response is received, a further notice will be sent. If details are not confirmed within 96 hours total, the prize will be held in escrow for 30 days before reverting to Digital Jackpotz Ltd.

Cryptocurrency prizes will be transferred to the winner's confirmed wallet within 10 minutes of wallet confirmation. All network and gas fees are paid by Digital Jackpotz Ltd — the winner receives the full advertised amount.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as a cash alternative (except Cash Drop which is paid as cash).

6. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and a draw is confirmed, no refunds will be issued except where required by law.

If a competition is cancelled before the draw takes place, all ticket purchasers will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

Digital Jackpotz Credit purchased via the credit wallet system is non-refundable once used to purchase competition tickets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Jackpotz Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a competition.

Our total liability to any entrant in connection with any competition shall not exceed the total value of tickets purchased by that entrant for the relevant competition.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Registration number: [To be inserted].

By entering a competition, you consent to us using your name and city of residence for winner announcement purposes, should you win.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Digital Jackpotz website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Digital Jackpotz Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in competitions following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
